Rutland Hall Hotel has launched Four Roots, a new wellbeing experience, in its 285sqm spa area.

Set against the backdrop of Rutland Water near Oakham, the Four Roots concept was created with spa consultant Claire Caddick. It includes a personalised four-hour journey encompassing quadruple dimensions of wellbeing.

“Four Roots is a unique addition to our resort. The investment for this new facility reflects the ongoing commitment of our owners to providing first class experiences for guests. The Four Roots

The focus in on enhancing spiritual wellbeing. The first of the four roots is a bathing ritual followed by root two – promoting physical wellbeing with a personalised treatment.

The concept then harnesses emotional wellbeing with a meditation session. The final root, social wellbeing, is addressed during a dining experience.

The spa architect and designer was Mark Green from Curveline Design.

Wellness facilities to complement the holistic journey include four treatment rooms and two meditation rooms.

There are two bathing rooms plus a 22m pool and saunas.

Treatments at the spa, which include an exotic balm and bamboo massage and a salt grain massage, use the Trybe517 Ritual Collection. Four Roots also uses Ada Cosmetics.

Towels, robes and spa linens are supplied by BC SoftWear, treatment beds by Ellisons and spa software by TRYBE.

“Four Roots Wellbeing combines a unique mix of bathing, wellbeing treatments, meditation and dining. It’s a gender-neutral, holistic escape from daily life to restore feelings of comfort, balance, happiness and harmony.”
