Villa Dahlia Spa & Spirit opens in Stockholm

Villa Dahlia Spa & Spirit, part of the Diplomat Collection, has opened in Stockholm, Sweden.

Created by architect Simon Cáuderan at Per Öberg Arkitekt AB, the 103-room hotel includes a 250sqm spa with two treatment rooms.

Interior design is by Anna and Pauline Cappelen while Mia Hjalmarsson, founder of skincare brand MiaH, was the spa consultant.

A sanctuary dedicated to recreation and rejuvenation, Villa Dahlia Spa & Spirit offers holistic body treatments from a menu engineered by Hjalmarsson.

For facial treatments, the spa uses Swedish organic skincare brand M Picaut.

Facilities in the holistic spa retreat are dedicated to ancient Scandinavian rituals.

As well as a steam sauna and an infrared sauna there is a hammam and a cold plunge pool.

There is a 75sqm fitness centre equipped by Technogym. Towels, robes and spa linens are supplied by the Diplomat Collection.

Sustainability first

With a significant emphasis placed on sustainability, the Villa Dahlia building is BREEAM In-Use certified with a rating of excellent – one of the few hotel properties in Sweden with this recognition.

Villa Dahlia partners with local suppliers to ensure every corner of the property reflects its eco-conscious philosophy.

Additional facilities include a bistro and lobby bar, a courtyard with a cocktail bar.
