Hungarian skincare brand Omorovicza has announced the launch of an exclusive new signature treatment experience in the Claridge’s Spa.

The new Signature Treatment will be on offer in the spa’s distinctive Pink Room and is an experience that’s unique to the iconic London hotel.

Omorovicza has also launched a range of facials, body and massage treatments in Claridge’s Spa, which offers facilities including a thermal treatment area with a heated pool, steam rooms and saunas.

“Our partnership with Claridge’s Spa is a blend of luxury and innovation. Claridge’s dedication to excellence and the Pink Room align seamlessly with our brand’s aesthetic and provide an ideal setting for our mineral-rich treatments.”

The Omorovicza Signature Treatment

Taking guests on a journey from Hungary’s Lake Hévíz to Mayfair, the immersive treatment is designed to rejuvenate and detoxify the skin, using Hungarian moor mud.

The mineral-charged mud, sourced from the largest thermal lake in Europe, powers every product within Omorovicza’s Moor Mud Collection.

The treatment includes a traditional Hungarian body massage to stimulate microcirculation and promote lymphatic drainage. It concludes with a mud facial, incorporating Omorovicza’s Hungarian facial massage to cleanse and nourish the complexion.

The Omorovicza Signature Treatment is priced at £390 for a two-hour treatment.

Claridge’s Pink Room

The Pink Room at Claridge’s Spa is a new space that takes inspiration from the Painter’s Room bar within the hotel.

The seventh treatment space at Claridge’s, it features a heated pink onyx bed in the centre of the room, designed to provide an immersive treatment experience. A modern take on a classic hammam, the room has a powerful pink aesthetic.

Claridge’s also announced new spa concepts for its 650sqm, which sits three floors below the Mayfair property, earlier this year.

“We are so excited to launch in the iconic Claridge’s Spa. It’s a big moment for our brand. As we don’t offer body treatments in our Omorovicza flagship in Mayfair, we’re making Claridge’s our permanent second home.”

Claridge’s Spa was created by interior architect Andre Fu and is inspired by traditional Japanese temples and Kyoto Zen gardens.

“We are honoured to have created a unique ritualistic experience with Omorovicza, inspired by centuries of Hungarian bathing tradition,” said Hattie David-Wilkinson, director of spa at Claridge’s.

“The synergy between the design of the Pink Room and the Omorovicza Mayfair Institute, inspired by the Rac in Budapest, means that this partnership feels particularly special and serendipitous.”

About Omorovicza

Earlier this year, Omorovicza also announced a new partnership with Corinthia Budapest, in the hotel’s Royal Spa.

Launched in 2006, Omorovicza has a notable Hungarian healing heritage. The Omorovicza family created the Racz Fürdő thermal bath in Budapest, which is currently being refurbished.

In 2023 the brand opened its Mayfair Institute in London.
