Healing Hotels of the World to explore changing travel experiences in online masterclass

Healing Hotels of the World (HHOW) is to host an online masterclass focusing on the future of travel. 

Aimed at hotels and travel professionals, the event, titled ‘The Shift in Travel: Changing Lives Through Personal Touch’, will offer expert insight into how the travel industry can best meet the needs of the modern luxury traveller.

Taking place on February 4, the one-hour Zoom session will be hosted by American media personality Valerie Smaldone and will feature a panel of experts, including Anne Biging, co-founder of HHOW; Kathy Van Ness, COO and general manager at the Golden Door Resort; and Stacy Fischer-Rosenthal, president of Fischer Travel and CEO of Fischer-Rosenthal Consulting, who will share best practice and insight into healing luxury travel. 

“Now more than ever, travelers want to feel confident in their plans and secure in their safety,” said Biging.
