Rosewood PlaceMakers debuts

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts has debuted the first stage of its PlaceMakers ambassador programme, which works with locally connected personalities to give voice and character to their destinations’ communities.

PlaceMakers encompasses six pillars of expertise: Sustainability; Health and Wellbeing; Art and Entertainment; Style and Design; Food and Beverage and Family and Lifestyle.

Conceived as the latest extension of Rosewood’s ‘A Sense of Place’ philosophy, the  programme offers guests immersive experiences that are rooted in their destinations through bespoke programming, digital productions and unique access to their specialism.

At Rosewood London, Catie Miller and Boniface Verney-Carron of wellness platform Oona Series will launch an in-room, on-demand wellness portal with meditation, workouts and bedtime stories.

There will also be a Rosewood Reset Experience, including one-to-one mindfulness; personalised fitness sessions; nutritional guidance with the hotel’s culinary team and a natural wake-up call from a personal butler.

Future offerings include wellness podcasts and a limited edition Oona x Rosewood Fit Kit with sustainable hand-weights, Epsom salt bath, CBD sleep tinctures and a charged amethyst crystal water bottle. There is also a barre session and a takeaway smoothie truck will be laocted on the Rosewood London Courtyard.
